WIND HR: 7 Years on the Run, 4 Years as a Registered Company
October 2025 marks a milestone for WIND HR — seven years since the first spark, and four years as a formally incorporated U.S. company.
But the truth is, this story didn’t begin in 2018. It began long before, with more than 12 years of HR and recruitment expertise built across different industries and global businesses. That foundation became the backbone of WIND HR.
Our Growth Path
2018 – Independent Consultant
While still working my 9–5 job, I started building WIND HR as an independent consultant. At that stage, it wasn’t about logos or formal registration. It was about proving that a different approach to recruitment — one that was fast, precise, and human — could work for businesses.
2019–2020 – Testing the Model
Balancing full-time work with consulting taught me discipline. Each project validated that businesses were desperate for better hiring solutions, and that LATAM professionals had the talent to deliver.
2021 – Taking the Leap
This was the turning point. I left the safety of the 9–5 and officially launched WIND HR. From that moment, it wasn’t a side project — it was my business.
2022 – Defining the DNA
We developed our RP2 methodology and positioned WIND HR clearly: not just recruiters, but HR experts helping businesses scale responsibly.
2023 – Recognition Beyond Borders
WIND HR joined the United Nations Global Compact, aligning with global standards in labor, ethics, and sustainable growth. We also began serving a broader client base, proving that LATAM talent could compete globally.
2024 – U.S. Incorporation
WIND HR LLC was officially incorporated in the United States, guaranteeing a more seamless process for our U.S. clients while bridging cultural and operational gaps across Latin America.
2025 – Scaling with Purpose
Now, WIND HR celebrates 7 years in motion and 4 years as a registered company. With campaigns like “Small Business Ally”, we continue to make recruitment accessible to businesses of all sizes, while maintaining a 92.7% success rate and an average 5-day time-to-hire.
