What roles do you fill?

How fast is your process?

Shortlist in 5 business days. Typical time-to-hire is 2-4 weeks, depending on your interview speed and offer process.

How do you charge?

20% of first-year base salary + a $1,500 retainer to start (credited against the success fee).

What if the hire doesn't work out?

We re-open and prioritize the search within the agreed trial window (per SOW). Our focus is doing it right the first time (our 92.7% success rate).

How do you vet candidates?

4-step vetting:

- Skills/experience validation (work samples, role screens, references)
