How do you charge?

20% of first-year base salary + a $1,500 retainer to start (credited against the success fee).

What if the hire doesn't work out?

We re-open and prioritize the search within the agreed trial window (per SOW). Our focus is doing it right the first time (our 92.7% success rate).

How do you vet candidates?

4-step vetting:

- Skills/experience validation (work samples, role screens, references)

- English proficiency (role-aligned)

Once you are selected by the client, we manage the final steps of the hiring process. This includes coordinating necessary background and reference checks as a seamless, final step before the offer is formally extended. Your privacy and confidentiality are maintained throughout.
